Remember the Three Bees at Christmas

Christmas is a busy time but you can look for some peace and quiet and try to relax.  You can try the guided meditations in Spanish if you click on the photograph of the beautiful meditating girl.  They will calm your thoughts and make you feel safe.

Remember to practice the Three Bees also outside school.

Las vacaciones de Navidad suelen ser muy ajetreadas, pero podemos buscar algo de paz y de tranquilidad, e intentar relajarnos.  Puedes hacer alguna meditación si haces click en la foto de nuestra preciosa meditadora.  Las meditaciones pueden calmar tus pensamientos y hacer que te sientas más seguro.

Recuerda que también fuera del colegio debes practicar las Three Bees.

Some of us don't have any brothers and sisters.  But we have a mummy and a daddy that love us.

Some have a brother.

Others have a sister.

 And others have two brothers.

Americans in the US celebrate Thanksgiving every last Thursday of November. This story tells you why this celebration is so important for them.

Hands and Lips against Violence

We made a wonderful mural together this morning.

First, we coloured the hands purple.

Then, we did a mouth with the word NO and we stuck it on each purple hand.

Finally, we stuck all the hands together to make the mural.

It goes to show that if we all collaborate, we can achieve great and meaningful things.

Well done, everyone!

There are many different kisses that we like.

But no one should force a kiss on you.  When this happens, just SAY NO!

International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women
